A. Shipping costs and information: 

 

By default, goods can only be shipped within Germany. The shipping is done by DHL. The standard ones Shipping costs are €6.99 per package (up to a weight of 5 kg).

 

 

 

If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order (info@levanel.com) and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible -  inform us about the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

 

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

1. Advance payment via bank transfer

 

Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the intended use. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing.

 

2. PayPal

 

Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.levanel.com).

 

 

Pickup is not possible for logistical reasons.

 

 

Information on how to calculate delivery time

In the table below you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

 

 

If you order several items from us in one order that have different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the overall delivery time for the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods.

 

Information on calculating the delivery date

When paying in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.
